A friend started Outside the Lines Communications a number of years ago. She offers a range of in-person writing courses and services to small business owners and writers. We started working together to help small business owners build basic WordPress websites, and to get her in-person writing workshops online.
It’s been helpful for me to be able to use my skills to help other people get their websites up and running. And I also have an opportunity to help organize some online lessons, wearing my teacher-hat again.
This is an example of a basic WordPress website. For now, it’s 3 pages in addition to the home page. From this basic website I can begin to add on other functions, such as a blog or online classes.
